CMB Brands, LLC, doing business as Carlyn Bushman Consulting (“CBC,” “we,” “us”), is a consulting and education business based in Arizona. This page explains what personal information we collect through our website (carlynbushmanconsulting.com), forms, and events, why we collect it, who else handles it, and how to reach us about it. It also covers POP Business Academy.
1. Who is responsible
Carlyn Bushman, Founder and CEO, is responsible for privacy at CBC and handles every privacy question and request.

2. What we collect
When you fill in a form, book a call, or buy from us: your name, email, phone number (if asked), company name, job title, and your answers to any questions on the form.
When you register for an event, webinar, or workshop: the same contact details, plus your answers to registration questions (for example, where you want help or where your team is with AI).
When you browse our website: basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how you found us. This is collected through cookies and similar tools (see Section 6).
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as health or financial account details through our website.
3. How we use it

4. Who we share it with
Service providers that run our business and handle data on our behalf, only as needed:
Co-hosted event partners. When we host an event with partner companies, the registration form names those partners and asks your consent to share your contact information and registration answers with them. Each partner may then contact you and uses your information under its own privacy policy, which we link on the form. You can unsubscribe from any partner separately.
Contractors who help us deliver work you have hired us for, limited to what they need for that work.
Legal reasons. If required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Some providers may store information outside your state or country, including in the United States.
5. Emails and unsubscribing
If you register for an event, download a resource, or contact us, we may send you emails about our services, programs, and events. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email carlyn@cmbbrands.com to stop marketing messages. We will still send messages you need, such as event details or receipts.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies (small files stored in your browser) and similar tools to keep forms working and to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found us. Google Analytics is one of these tools. We do not currently use advertising pixels.

7. Event recordings
We may record live events and webinars. If you attend, your name, video, voice, and chat messages may appear in the recording. We say on the registration page whether an event is recorded and how long the replay is available. To stay off camera, keep your video off and use a display name of your choice. We may also record calls and meetings with Fathom to capture notes and action items, and we let you know when a call is recorded.
8. See, correct, or delete your information
Email carlyn@cmbbrands.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We reply within 30 days. We may keep some records when the law requires it, such as invoices and tax records.
9. Other important details
How long we keep it. We keep contact and event records while we are in touch and for our business records, then delete them when no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
How we protect it. Access is limited to CBC and the providers and partners described above. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards.
Children. Our services are for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites. Our site and emails may link to other websites, including partner sites. Their privacy policies apply there, not this one.
Changes. We update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top.
Governing law. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
