Where did you grow up?
I was raised in rural Wisconsin.
Tell us a little bit about you!
I am a mom, wife, lifelong learner, former corporate executive, and small business owner. I understand the complexities of starting and operating a business. I have climbed the corporate ladder and created and run several small businesses from the ground up. Through this, I have fine-tuned skills in the areas of marketing, management, technology, and business financials. I am now sharing my vast knowledge base to accelerate small to medium-sized women-owned businesses to create reliable, sustainable revenue streams.

Where did you grow up?
I was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona.
Tell us a little bit about you!
I am an Arizonan through and through. My sister (& built-in best friend) and I grew up in Phoenix and spent summers in Northern Arizona. While I love this state dearly, I also love nothing more than getting out of town to experience and explore new cities, landscapes, and cultures. And, on any given trip you can surely find me testing out the french fries at every restaurant – fellow french fry lovers you understand this 😉
From a young age, I have always had a passion for business coupled with a strong desire to give back to those in need and the community as a whole. It did not take me long to realize that my two passions were not mutually exclusive. Giving back and helping others in need presents itself in a variety of ways personally and professionally. For myself professionally, this melding of passions came to fruition in the opportunity to work with small, women-owned businesses many of which are in the conscious commerce space. Talk about the best of both worlds!

Where did you grow up?
I was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona.
Tell us a little bit about you!
I studied business management and received my bachelor’s degree at Grand Canyon University. I am the oldest sister of 7 amazing siblings, and love being a role model to all of them. I recently got married in February 2022 and we are expecting our first child in June 2023!

Where did you grow up?
I was born in Ottawa, ON, CAN but grew up in Kemptville, ON.
Tell us a little bit about you!
I actually have a health sciences background as I am a Kinesiologist and Fascial Stretch Therapist but my love for all things organization needed to be satisfied so I started a virtual assistant business. I am getting married in August 2023 in Thunder Bay, ON.

Where did you grow up?
I was born and raised in Glendale Arizona.
Tell us a little bit about you!
I have always had a great interest in business, and my passion for it has taken me to where I am today. After graduating high school in 2022, I went on to get my real estate license from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. As well as being a licensed realtor in the beautiful state of Arizona, I am also an agency assistant at Ford/Robert Black Agency. With my experience in both business and fashion, I am hopeful to make strides at CBC, foster growth and success for small businesses, and learn from industry trailblazers along the way.
Christina Melgar, Relationship Manager
Where did you grow up?
I was born and raised in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, IL.
Tell us a little bit about you!
I sold, executed, and planned high-end events until 2020, specializing in weddings, corporate affairs, and bar/bat mitzvahs. I was always connecting with people and helping them celebrate significant milestones in their lives and their families’. While working full-time in events, I also pursued a career as a voiceover actor. The pandemic altered the trajectory of many lives, affecting both my events and acting career.
As a natural connector, transitioning to a freelance Relationship Manager felt like the next logical step for me. I’m incredibly thankful to have found wonderful clients like Carlyn to collaborate with. After taking a break for several years, in addition to my work in Relationship Management, I’m now back in action as a working actor, hoping to secure a spot in a national commercial campaign.
