Carlyn Bushman

Founder & Principal Strategist

I’m Carlyn, and I created this space for women founders who want clarity, structure, and guidance as they grow their business.

My work centers on helping founders understand their numbers, strengthen their systems, and lead with confidence. I support women who are generating revenue but feel stretched thin or unsure of their next steps, and I help them move out of survival mode into intentional leadership.

Everything we do here is designed to support founders in building businesses that are profitable, sustainable, and supportive of their life.

Kylee Williams

Director of Operations & Community Experience

Kylee is the person who helps bring structure and flow to everything we offer.

She works closely with me to turn ideas and strategy into clear, organized experiences for the founders who come into this space. Kylee oversees operations, scheduling, programs, and internal workflows, and plays a big role in making sure things feel calm, supportive, and easy to navigate.

Many founders interact with Kylee early on, and her steady presence helps create the clarity and consistency that make this work feel grounded.

Mekayla Seeley

Content & Programs Coordinator

Mekayla supports how our education and guidance are shared across workshops, events, and community spaces.

She helps manage backend social communication and supports the creation and structure of workshop materials and presentation decks for both virtual and in-person experiences. Her work ensures that information is clear, organized, and accessible.

Mekayla brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach that helps our content feel engaging, supportive, and easy to use.
